饲喂巧克力对犬临床指标的影响

摘要 为了了解犬在饲喂巧克力后临床指标的变化,给临床上犬巧克力中毒提供有诊断意义的临床指标,试验选取健康比格犬3只,每只饲喂巧克力80 g,在喂前1小时和喂后第2,4,6,12小时检测血常规指标,以及血液中肌酸激酶(CK)、乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)活性和血糖(GLU)、环磷酸腺苷(cAMP)、钙调磷酸酶(CaN)含量,并记录心率、P(心房除极波)时限、PR(房室传导)间期、QRS(心室除极波)时限、QT(心室除极到复极)间期指标并分析。结果表明:犬饲喂80 g巧克力后,与喂前1小时比,心率在喂后第2,4小时显著加快(P<0.05),PR间期在喂后第4,12小时显著缩短(P<0.05),QRS时限在喂后第6小时显著延长(P<0.05);平均红细胞血红蛋白浓度(MCHC)、平均红细胞血红蛋白含量(MCH)在喂后第2小时均显著升高(P<0.05),其余指标均无显著变化(P>0.05);血液生化指标CK活性在喂后第2小时显著升高(P<0.05),LDH在喂后第4,6小时显著升高(P<0.05),cAMP含量在喂后第4小时显著升高(P<0.05),其他指标均差异不显著(P>0.05)。说明犬饲喂一定量的巧克力后心率明显加快,PR间期缩短,QRS时限延长,MCHC、CK活性及MCH、cAMP含量明显升高。 In order to understand the changes in the clinical indicators of dogs after they fed with chocolate,and to provide clinically significant clinical indicators for dog chocolate poisoning in the clinic,three beagle dogs were selected for the experiment,each fed with 80 g of chocolate.At 2,4,6,and 12 hours later,blood routine indicators were measured,as well as creatine kinase(CK),lactate dehydrogenase(LDH)activity and blood glucose(GLU),cyclic adenosine monophosphate(cAMP),and calcium phosphate in the blood enzyme(CaN)content,and record heart rate,P(atrial depolarization)time limit,PR(atrioventricular conduction)interval,QRS(ventricular depolarization wave)time limit,QT(ventricular depolarization to repolarization)interval indicators analysis.The results showed that after dogs were fed 80 g of chocolate,compared with 1 hour before feeding,the heart rate was significantly accelerated at 2,4 hours(P<0.05),the PR interval was significantly shortened at 4,12 hours(P<0.05),and the QRS time limit was significantly extended at 6 hours(P<0.05);The red blood cell hemoglobin concentration(MCHC)and the average red blood cell hemoglobin content(MCH)were significantly increased after feeding 2 hours(P<0.05),and the other indicators were not significantly changed(P>0.05).The blood biochemical index CK activity was 2 hours after feeding significantly increased(P<0.05),LDH increased significantly at 4 and 6 hours after feeding(P<0.05),cAMP content increased significantly at 4 hours after feeding(P<0.05),and other indicators were not significantly different(P>0.05).It indicated that after feeding a certain amount of chocolate,the heart rate was significantly increased,the PR interval was shortened,the QRS duration was prolonged,and the activity of CK and MCHC concentration and the content of MCH,cAMP were significantly increased.
