活性己糖相关化合物对硫酸头孢喹诺预防和治疗乳腺炎模型小鼠的增强作用

AHCC strengthens the bactericidal effect of cefquinol sulfate in mouse mastitis model

摘要 为了提高硫酸头孢喹诺对小鼠乳房炎模型的防治效果,试验通过小鼠乳腺炎模型研究活性己糖相关化合物(AHCC)对硫酸头孢喹诺杀菌活性的影响,制订了预防性试验和治疗性试验两种方案。预防试验即在建立小鼠乳腺炎模型前给小鼠灌服AHCC 7 d,模型建立后连续3 d肌肉注射硫酸头孢喹诺(5组);治疗试验即在建立小鼠乳腺炎模型后连续3 d同时灌服AHCC和肌肉注射硫酸头孢喹诺(5组)。设空白对照组(1组)、阴性对照组(2组)及只灌服AHCC和硫酸头孢喹诺的3组和4组。结果表明:预防试验和治疗试验中,与1组比较,3组和5组的CD4+T细胞和γ/δT细胞含量都能极显著增加(P<0.001),并且局部乳腺组织含菌量降低,乳腺组织结构恢复完整。对比两种方案发现,AHCC的预防效果远优于治疗效果。说明AHCC联合硫酸头孢喹诺对金黄色葡萄球菌引起的小鼠乳腺炎的预防具有非常好的增强作用。 In order to improve the prevention and therapy effect of cefquinome in mouse mastitis model,the active hexose-related compounds(AHCC)was studied to enhance the bactericidal activity of cefquinol sulfate in mouse mastitis model.Preventive and therapeutic two regimens were developed.Preventive experiments:Before the establishment of the mouse mastitis model,the mice were given AHCC(5 groups)for 7 days.After the model was established,intramuscular injection of cefquinol sulfate for 3 days;therapeutic experiment:After establishing a mouse mastitis model,AHCC and intramuscular injection of cefquinol sulfate(5 groups)were administered simultaneously for 3 days.A blank control group(1 group),a negative control group(2 groups),and 3 and 4 groups were given only AHCC and cefquinol sulfate,respectively.The results showed that AHCC extremely significant increased the content of CD4+T cells andγ/δT cells(P<0.001)in 3 and 5 groups,and reduced the amount of bacteria in local breast tissue and restored the structure of breast tissue compare with 1 group.However,when comparing the two programs,it was found that the preventive effect of AHCC was much better than the therapeutic effect.It is indicated that AHCC combined with cefquinome has a good immunopotentiating effect on the prevention of mouse mastitis caused by Staphylococcus aureus.
