ICP-MS测量土壤中重金属元素的方法研究 被引量:3

摘要 采用改进后的电热板湿法消解,混合酸(硝酸+氢氟酸+高氯酸+硫酸)分解土壤试样,使土壤中重金属元素以离子形式进入溶液,用ICP-MS测其含量。试验结果表明方法的检出限和定量限均低于规范要求的检出限和定量限,工作曲线相关系数为0.999,加标回收率为87.8%~111.0%。测量结果经土壤标准物质验证精密度、准确度均满足全国土壤污染状况详查技术规范的要求,方法适合于大批量土壤样品中重金属元素的同时测定,快速、高效。 The soil samples were decomposed by mixed acid( nitric acid + hydrofluoric acid + perchloric acid + sulfuric acid),and the heavy metal elements in the soil were put into the solution in the form of ions.The content was measured by ICP-MS.The results showed that the detection limit and quantitative limit of the method were lower than those required by the standard.The correlation coefficient of the working curve was 0.999,and the recovery rate from 87.8 % to 111.0 %.The precision and accuracy of the measurement results verified by soil reference materials meet the requirements of national technical specifications for detailed investigation of soil pollution.The method is suitable for simultaneous determination of heavy metals in large quantities of soil samples,fast and efficient.
