保存纸质文献的目的是为了长期利用,但纸张酸化使长期保存纸质文献面临挑战。文章采用综述的方式,论述了酸与纸张使用寿命的关系以及酸化纸文献的维护策略:脱酸,干燥环境中冷藏以及信息内容的转换。详细地论述了不同维护策略的选择条件,特别着重讨论了脱酸对象的选择原则以及如何规避脱酸过程中的风险。适合图书馆、档案馆与博物馆的工作人员应对大量馆藏文献酸化的解决方案的确立。

The purpose of preserving paper documents is for long-term use,but the acidification of papers poses a challenge for long-term preservation of paper documents.Through reviewing kinds of literature,this article discusses the relationship between acid and service life of paper and the maintenance strategy of acidified paper literature:deacidification,refrigeration in dry environments,and conversion of information content.The selection conditions of different maintenance strategies are discussed in detail,with particular emphasis on the selection principle of deacidification objects and how to avoid risks in the deacidification process.This article is particularly suitable for the management of libraries,archives and museums,and the establishment of solutions for the acidification of a large collection of documents.
