MP-IgM抗体检测与微生物快速培养检测对小儿肺炎支原体感染的诊断价值 被引量:10

Diagnostic value of MP-IgM antibody detection and microorganism rapid culture detection in children with Mycoplasma pneumoniae infection

摘要 目的探讨MP-IgM抗体检测与微生物快速培养检测对小儿肺炎支原体(MP)感染的诊断价值。方法选取2017年1月至2019年12月贵州中医药大学第二附属医院收治的260例MP感染患儿为研究对象,所有患儿入院后均进行MP-IgM抗体检测、微生物快速培养检测以及PCR法+测序法检测MP,并比较检测结果与诊断效能。结果260例患儿中采用PCR法+测序法检测出155例阳性,105例阴性;MP-IgM抗体检测出真阳性144例,真阴性87例;微生物快速培养检测出真阳性116例,真阴性77例。MP-IgM抗体检测的灵敏度、特异度均高于微生物快速培养检测。结论MP-IgM抗体检测小儿肺炎支原体感染的诊断价值优于微生物快速培养检测,值得临床推广应用。 Objective To explore the diagnostic value of MP-IgM antibody detection and microorganism rapid culture detection in children with Mycoplasma pneumoniae(MP)infection.Methods A total of 260 children with MP infection admitted in the second affiliated hospital of Guizhou university of TCM from January 2017 to December 2019 were selected as the study objects.All children received MP-IgM antibody detection,microorganism rapid culture detection,and PCR method+sequencing method for detecting MP,and the results and diagnostic efficacy were compared.Results Among 260 children,155 cases were positive and 105 cases were negative by PCR method+sequencing method;there were 144 true positive cases and 87 true negative cases by MP-IgM antibody detection;there were 116 true positive cases and 77 true negative cases by microorganism rapid culture detection.The sensitivity and specificity of MP-IgM antibody detection were higher than those of microorganism rapid culture detection.Conclusion The diagnostic value of MP-IgM antibody in detection of MP infection in children is better than that in microorganism rapid culture.It is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
