急救护理路径应用于非创伤性脑卒中护理中对神经功能缺损、绿色通道停留时间的影响

Effect of emergency nursing pathway applied to the nursing of non-traumatic stroke on neurological deficit and green channel residence time

目的研究急救护理路径应用于非创伤性脑卒中护理中对神经功能缺损、绿色通道停留时间的影响。方法选取2017年1月至2019年1月我院收治的70例非创伤性脑卒中患者为研究对象,根据随机数字表法将其分为对照组(35例)及研究组(35例)。对照组采用常规护理,研究组采用急救护理路径。比较两组的护理效果。结果护理后,两组的NIHSS评分均降低,且研究组低于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组专科医师接诊时间、实验室检查时间、影像学检查时间及绿色通道停留时间均短于对照组(P<0.05)。结论急救护理路径应用于非创伤性脑卒中护理中的效果显著,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To study the effect of emergency nursing pathway applied to the nursing of non-traumatic stroke on neurological deficit and green channel residence time.Methods From January 2017 to January 2019,70 patients with non-traumatic stroke admitted in our hospital were selected as the study objects and divided into control group(35 cases)and study group(35 cases)by the random number table method.The control group was used routine nursing,the study group was used emergency nursing pathway.The nursing effects of the two groups were compared.Results After nursing,the NIHSS scores of the two groups decreased,and that in the study group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).The specialist physicians’consultation time,laboratory examination time,imaging examination time and green channel residence time in the study group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Emergency nursing pathway applied to the nursing of non-traumatic stroke has a significant effect,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
