摘要
针对装备维修合理决策的问题,提出了一种基于系统动力学的装备维修级别决策方法。从人力资源系统角度,构建了支地空导弹武器装备援抢修系统系统动力学模型,仿真结果给出了合理选择维修体制的时机和条件,可为科学有效开展地空导弹武器装备支援抢修工作提供依据。
In view of making reasonable decisions of equipment maintenance,from the perspective of human resource system,the system dynamics model of support and emergency repair system for surface-to-air missile was constructed.The simulation results give the time and condition of selecting the maintenance system reasonably,which can provide the basis for carrying out the repair work of surface-to-air missile weapon and equipment.
