摘要
针对倾转四旋翼无人机同时存在旋翼和机翼两种升力机构并且旋翼短舱可倾转的特点,采用计算流体力学的方法对无人机进行了气动分析,对旋翼流场的模拟采用了动量源法,在保证了计算精度的同时提高了计算效率。在垂直模式下,旋翼产生的下洗流会对无人机的升力造成损失;在过渡模式下,旋翼对机翼的影响会随着飞行速度的增加而降低,气动特性逐渐接近固定翼无人机。研究气动特性可为倾转四旋翼无人机的设计和控制理论研究提供参考。
In view of the characteristics of quad-tilt rotor UAV,which has two lift mechanisms of rotor and wing,and tilting of rotor nacelle,the aerodynamic analysis of UAV was carried out with the method of computational fluid dynamics,and the momentum source method was adopted for the simulation of rotor flow field,which not only guarantees the accuracy of calculation,but also improves the efficiency of calculation.In the vertical mode,the downwash flow generated by the rotor will cause a loss of lift of the UAV.In the transition mode,the influence of rotors on the wings decreases with the increase of flight speed,and the aerodynamic characteristics gradually approach those of fixed-wing UAVs.The study of aerodynamic characteristics can provide reference for the design and control theory research of quad-tilt rotor UAV.
