摘要
针对目前海洋探测中使用的采集系统存在功耗大、采集精度低等问题。设计了一种基于PGA302的海温及压力采集系统,该系统能够长时间在海下有效作业。在分析电路各功能模块的基础上,根据高精度与低功耗的目标,给出了外围电路的设计方案。实验结果表明,经过采集系统调理之后前级传感器信号的采集精度可达到0.05%,实现了对传感误差的智能补偿,系统在采集模式和睡眠模式下的电流分别为5.577 mA、212μA,达到了低功耗的设计要求。满足在实际的海洋探测中精确采集和长时间工作的要求,具有很好的实用价值。
At present,the acquisition system used in ocean exploration has the problems of high power consumption and low acquisition accuracy.In order to obtain the information of sea temperature and pressure more accurately,a base was designed.The sea temperature and pressure acquisition system in PGA302 enabled the acquisition system to operate effectively under the sea for a long time.Based on the analysis of each functional module of the circuit,the design scheme of the peripheral circuit was introduced and analyzed in detail,and two key technologies involved:high precision and low power consumption were described in detail.The experimental results show that the acquisition accuracy of the front sensor signal reaches 0.05%after the acquisition system was adjusted,and the intelligent compensation of the sensor error was realized.The current of the system in the acquisition mode and the sleep mode were 5.577 mA and 212μA respectively,which meet the design requirements of low power consumption.It meets the requirements of accurate acquisition and long-term work in actual ocean exploration,and has good practical value.
