摘要
为了给弹药类产品贮存寿命试验的开展和研究提供参考,综述了国内外弹药类产品贮存寿命的试验方法、试验步骤和发展现状;目前,国内外进行弹药类产品贮存寿命试验的方法主要有自然环境长期贮存试验法和加速寿命试验法。自然环境长期贮存试验一般用于预测典型且有代表性弹药类产品的贮存寿命;这样可以为其他弹药类产品的贮存寿命估计提供参照;加速寿命试验是近年来的研究热点,它是为了适应当今弹药类产品更新换代较快的趋势而发展起来的,可以较快预测出产品的贮存寿命;自然环境长贮试验与加速寿命试验的有机结合是国外成功预测弹药类产品贮存寿命的有益经验;弹药类产品是长期贮存一次性使用的,其贮存寿命研究对弹药类产品的战备管理意义重大,应在持续开展弹药类产品自然环境长贮寿命试验的同时加强对加速寿命试验的研究。
In order to provide a reference for the development and research of the storage life test of the ammunition products,the method,procedure and development status of the storage life test on ammunition products at home and abroad were reviewed.At present,the long-term storage test and the accelerated life test are the main methods for the storage life test of ammunition products.The long-term storage test was generally used to test the storage life of typical and representative ammunition products,which makes it possible to provide a reference for the estimation of the storage life of other ammunition products.The accelerated life test is a hot spot in recent years,which can be adapted to the rapidly changing trend of today’s ammunition products.The combination of the long-term storage test of the natural environment and the accelerated life test is a useful experience in the successful prediction of the storage life of ammunition products abroad.The ammunition products were used for long-term storage.The storage life of the ammunition products is of great significance to the management of the ammunition products.The long-term storage test of ammunition products should be carried out in a sustained manner,and at the same time the study of accelerated life test should also be strengthened.
