摘要
西黑山进口闸作为南水北调中线天津干线唯一具有流量调节功能的节制闸,对于天津干线的入流控制至关重要。为提高西黑山进口闸流量监测数据的准确性,针对当前西黑山进口闸过流监测在精准度上存在的不足,准确获取西黑山进口闸至文村北调节池的水流滞时十分必要。基于渠道水流传播的时间延迟特性,结合西黑山进口闸前后4次流量调整过程,并借助闸站监控系统获取的瞬时流量观测数据,将平移搜索最大相关系数法运用于西黑山进口闸至文村北调节池的水流滞时分析中。结果显示,在文村北调节池过流介于28~35m3/s时,西黑山进口闸至文村北调节池的水流滞时约为33min,可指导现场上下游间的流量控制变化监测,同时验证了平移搜索最大相关系数法在渠道水流滞时分析中的可行性。
As the only control sluice with flow regulation function in Tianjin trunk route of South-to-North Water Diversion Middle Route Project,the Xiheishan inlet sluice is very important for the inflow control of Tianjin trunk route.In order to improve the accuracy of the flow monitoring data,it is necessary to accurately obtain the time delay of water flow between the Xiheishan inlet sluice and Wencunbei regulation pool in view of the deficiencies in the precision of the current water flow monitoring of the Xiheishan inlet sluice.Based on the time delay characteristics of channel water flow propagation,combined with four flow adjustment processes of Xiheishan inlet sluice,and with the instantaneous flow observation data obtained by the gate station monitoring system,the translational search for maximum correlation coefficient method was applied to analyze the water flow delay time between Xiheishan inlet sluice and Wencunbei regulation pool.The results show that when the flow of Wencunbei regulation pool is between 28-35 m3/s,the delay time from the Xiheishan inlet sluice to the Wencunbei regulation pool is about 33 minutes,which can effectively guide the flow control and change monitoring between the upstream and downstream of the Tianjin trunk route,and thus verify the feasibility of the translational search for maximum correlation coefficient method in time delay analysis of water flow.
