某排涝泵站前池整流措施的数值模拟研究 被引量:7

摘要 某排涝泵站原设计方案在前池会出现大尺度的回流和斜流,恶化各机组的进水条件,威胁泵站的安全运行。为改善该泵站前池流态、优化水泵进水条件,基于计算流体力学分析圆形立柱、Y形导流墩、间断底坎及延长隔墩等整流措施对前池流态的影响。计算结果表明,仅设置圆形立柱不能消减回流区的面积,而仅设置Y形导流墩、间断底坎又不能改善各机组的进水条件;延长#2、#4隔墩,可有效改善前池水流流态,优化各机组进水条件,进而提高水泵的工作效率。综合考虑前池水流流态及各机组进水条件,确定该排涝泵站最优整流方案为延长#2、#4隔墩。 A certain drainage pumping station appears large scale backflow and oblique flow in the forebay for the original design scheme,which deteriorate the flow conditions of each unit and threaten the safety of the pumping station.In order to improve the flow pattern of the forebay and optimize the inflow conditions of the pump,based on the computational fluid dynamics(CFD),the impacts of rectification measures on the forebay flow pattern including circular column,Y-shaped diversion pier,discontinuous bottom sill and extending partition piers were analyzed.The calculation results show that simply setting a circular column does not reduce the area of the recirculation zone,and the inlet condition cannot be improved by only setting Y-shaped diversion pier and discontinuous bottom sills.Extending the 2 nd and 4 th partition piers can effectively improve the flow pattern of the forebay,optimize the inlet condition and improve the work efficiency of the pump.Therefore,considering the flow pattern and water conditions of each unit,the best rectification scheme of the drainage pumping station is to extend No.2 and No.4 partition piers.
