摘要 目的设计青少年性身份认同教育科普动画,促进青少年性身份认同教育的开展。方法采用混合研究方法,方便抽样选取河北省某职校高中生进行问卷调查和半结构式访谈,结合国际认可的性教育标准制定性身份认同教育核心内容并完成动画设计,通过预实验评估科普动画的可接受度及可行性。结果问卷调查370人,艾滋病防治知识总体知晓率为45.7%,性行为报告率达20.3%(75人);参与访谈共6人,内容分析显示青少年中存在对非异性恋青少年歧视的现象;青少年性身份认同教育动画视频时长共43分钟,分为青少年性身份认同、艾滋病防治与检测等6大主题;参与预实验的30人中,28人表示能耐心看完和看懂所有主题,认为动画视频形式新颖有趣且内容对自己有帮助并能接受通过手机进行观看与学习的学生26人。结论青少年性身份认同教育科普动画视频的内容和形式获得大部分学生的认可,丰富了全面性教育资源,为性身份认同教育的开展与推广提供了可行性条件。 Objective To design an animation focusing on adolescent sexual identity education and promote its development. Methods A mixed research method was used to recruit the participants from a vocational high school of Hebei province through convenience sampling, and for a questionnaire survey and a semi-structured interview. The core content of animation was designed based on the internationally recognized sexuality education standards. Besides, we conducted a pre-experiment to evaluate the acceptability and feasibility of the animation. Results A total of 370 students participated in the survey. The awareness rate of HIV/AIDS knowledge was 45.7%, and the rate of sexual behavior was 20.3%(75). Six students attended the interview, and the analysis showed that there was discrimination against non-heterosexual adolescents. The 43-minute animation was divided into six parts including sexual identity, AIDS prevention, etc. Of the 30 pre-experiment participants, 28 students said they could understand each part with patience. And 26 students thought it interesting and helpful, and could accept watching it through mobile phones. Conclusion The form and content of the animation have been recognized by most students, which has enriched comprehensive sex education resources and support for the feasibility of adolescents’ sexual identity education.
