Ocular complications of HIV/AIDS patients

艾滋病(AIDS)已成为当今世界最严重的公共卫生和社会问题之一。AIDS病人眼部并发症表现复杂多样,若未得到及时的诊断和治疗易致盲,给病人家庭及社会带来严重的负担。因此,眼科及传染科医师应熟悉艾滋病病毒感染者/AIDS病人眼部并发症的各种临床表现,及时会诊并进行针对性治疗,避免病人发生视功能损伤,甚至失明。现就AIDS眼部并发症进行综述。

AIDS has become one of the most serious public health and social problems in the world. The ocular complications of HIV/AIDS patients are complex and diverse. Blindness is easily caused without timely diagnosis and treatment, which will bring serious burden to the patients’ family and society. Therefore, ophthalmologists and infectious doctors should be familiar with the clinical manifestations of HIV/AIDS eye complications, to promote timely counseling and targeted treatment to avoid visual impairment or even blindness. This paper aims to review ocular eye complications.
