我国≥50岁男性艾滋病感染危险因素研究进展

Research progress on risk factors of HIV/AIDS infection in men aged 50 years and over in China

50岁男性艾滋病病毒(HIV)感染正成为艾滋病疫情的新动向和新特点。无保护的非婚性行为频发、防艾知识和主动检测意识缺乏、男男性行为及助性剂等复杂因素共同影响着我国该人群艾滋病疫情,在动员全社会共同参与、开展针对性宣传和干预、倡导安全性行为的同时,应打击与疏导相结合,扩大检测及时发现传染源。

There is a new trend and characteristics of HIV/AIDS epidemic among the men aged 50 years and over. AIDS prevalence among the elderly men in China is affected by the frequent unprotected and unmarried sexual behavior, lack of AIDS prevention knowledge and awareness of active detection, male sex and sexual stimulants. We should mobilize the whole society to be involved in the health publicity, education and intervention, to promote safe sex. In addition, it is also necessary to expand the HIV testing for early detection of the infection.
