青岛市文化馆运营模式发展研究

Research on the Development of Operation Mode of Qingdao Cultural Center

随着文化体制改革的深入,为更好地适应文化强国建设的需求,文化馆的公共文化服务效能亟待进一步提升。城市文化建设是一个系统工程,需要政府、艺术家以及市民的共同努力。基于此,从运营模式的角度对青岛市文化馆的发展进行了梳理,并提出改进的方向和策略,为促进文化馆在文化事业发展中发挥更大的作用提供参考。

With the deepening of the cultural system reform,in order to better adapt to the needs of cultural power construction The efficiency of public cultural services in cultural centers needs further improvement.Urban cultural construction is a systematic project,which requires the joint efforts of the government,artists and citizens.Based on this,this paper reviews the development of Qingdao urban cultural center from the perspective of operation mode,and puts forward the improvement direction and strategies,providing reference for promoting the cultural center to play a greater role in the development of cultural undertakings.
