Research on“Guard and Mutual Help”as One of the Core Values of Public Health Ethics:Thinking based on the Ethical Issues of Infectious Diseases

通过对“solidarity”这一概念进行解读,进一步说明此理念作为公共卫生伦理核心价值的重要性,在传染病防控领域,尤其如此。在中国的语境下把“solidarity”翻译为“守望相助”,比“团结互助、众志成城”更加契合中国公共卫生领域和广大民众的理解和接受。但要真正做到守望相助,还面临一些挑战。

The interpretation of the concept of“Solidarity”further illustrates the importance of this concept as the core value of public health ethics,especially in the field of infectious disease prevention and control.In the context of Chinese,solidarity is translated as“Guard and Mutual Help”is more in line with the understanding and acceptance of the Chinese public health field and the public.But we still face some challenges to truly to act as“Guard and Mutual Help”.
