摘要 区块链作为全球最新的信息技术应用,正在成为经济发展的新动能。区块链技术颠覆了原有的模式框架,为传统工作模式大幅提升效率提供了有效的解决方案。出口危险货物及其包装的检验监管是事关人民经济财产和生命健康安全的大事,历年来受到世界各国从业人员及监管部门的高度重视。本文通过分析区块链技术特点和我国出口危险货物包装检验监管工作现状,探讨区块链技术在出口危险货物包装检验监管全流程中的实践路径和应用优势。 Blockchain, as the latest information technology application in the world, is becoming a new driving force for economic development. Blockchain technology has overturned the original model framework and provided effective solutions for the traditional work model to greatly improve efficiency. The inspection and supervision of the export of dangerous goods and their packaging is a matter of great concern to the people’s economic property and life health and safety. It has been highly valued by practitioners and regulatory authorities in various countries throughout the world. This paper analyzes the technical characteristics of the blockchain and the current status of China’s export dangerous goods packaging inspection and supervision, and explores the practical path and application advantages of the blockchain technology in the entire process of export dangerous goods packaging inspection and supervision.
