全自动测汞仪测定离岛免税食品化妆品中汞含量

Determination of Mercury Content in Food and Cosmetics by Mercury Vapourmeter

摘要 建立全自动测汞仪法检测食品、化妆品中汞含量。通过优化实验条件提高方法灵敏度、准确度和精密度。方法检出限为0.0803ng,加标回收率为89%~104%,RSD值在2.2%~4.5%之间。本方法操作简便,具有高灵敏度、准确度和精密度,可满足口岸快速通关检测要求。 To establish a method for determination the mercury content in food and cosmetics by mercury vapourmeter. Improve the sensitivity, accuracy and precision of the method by optimizing the experimental conditions. The detection limit of the method is 0.0803 ng. Recoveries and relative standard deviations are between 89%~104% and 2.2%~4.5%, respectively. The method has simple operation, high sensitivity, good accuracy and reproducibility. It can meet the requirements of fast customs clearance.
