中国高端服务业与先进制造业互动效应的非平衡性--基于要素分解视角的实证研究

Nonequilibrium of the Interactive Effect between High-class Service Industry and Advanced Manufacturing Industry in China--Empirical Analysis from the View of Factor Decomposition

基于要素分解视角构建了高端服务业与先进制造业互动发展的理论模型,实证分析了两产业互动关系及互动效应的非平衡性。研究发现:中国高端服务业与先进制造业具有互动发展基础,先进制造业对高端服务业存在需求拉动作用,而高端服务业对先进制造业形成竞争,两产业为非平衡型互动;高端服务业细分行业与先进制造业的互动效应也具有非平衡特征,两产业的交互效应及空间效应存在区域差异。因此,在制定产业政策时,应充分考虑两产业的内在互动关系,从双向互动视角平衡两产业发展,避免出现"反向驱动"可能引起的产业互动失衡问题。

This paper constructed the theorical model of the interactive development between high-class service industry and advanced manufacturing industry from the view of factor decomposition,then empirically analyzed the nonequilibrium of their interactive relationship and interactive effect. We find that,there is a foundation for the interactive development of above two,that is,the damand-pulling effect of advanced manufacuring industry on high-class service industry and the competitive threat from high-class service industry,but the interaction is umbalanced. Nonequilibrium also exists in the interactive effect between subdivided highclass service industry and advanced manufacturing industry,which differs in various regions. Therefore,the endogenous interaction of high-class services and advanced manufacturing should be considered while formulating industrial policies,which should aim to balance their development based on the two-way interaction perspective,as well as to avoid the hidden danger of interactive imbalance arousing from"reverse drive".
