摘要
建立三种不同空调导流罩数值模拟模型,应用流体数值分析软件Star-ccm+对其气动阻力进行对比分析,结果表明迎风面和背风面均采用圆弧面结构的方案2和仅迎风面采用圆弧面结构的方案3较优。并通过与无侧风工况风洞试验数据对比,以验证模拟数据的准确性。同时通过数值模拟计算方案2和方案3进排风口的压力分布,评价不同导流罩外形对冷凝器进排风及新风进风功能的实现,为空调导流罩的设计提供依据。
Three kinds of air conditioning shroud are analyzed by using STAR-CCM+.The results show that the scheme 2 with circular arc surface structure on both windward and the scheme 3 with circular arc surface structure only on windward side are better.The data is verified by comparing with the wind tunnel test data without cross-wind condition.The influence of different diversion hood shapes on the intake and exhaust air of condenser and fresh air intake was evaluated by calculating the pressure distribution of intake and exhaust outlets of schemes 2 and 3.It provides a basis for the design of air conditioning shroud.
