本文从核电项目最高投标限价的背景出发,分析了核岛安装工程最高投标限价的编制依据、编制需求,重点剖析了核岛安装工程最高投标限价的编制要点,并在此基础上形成了初步的编制程序,推动最高投标限价在核电项目造价控制中的应用。

Based on the background of the tender sum limit for nuclear power projects, this paper analyzes the basis and requirements of the tender sum limit for nuclear island installation projects, and focuses on the key points of it. On this basis, a preliminary preparation procedure is formed to promote the application of the tender sum limit in the cost control of nuclear power projects.
