本文以中铁十七局集团第三工程有限公司郑徐客专开封制梁场为例,介绍了一种后张法预应力混凝土铁路箱梁底板"U"型钢筋快速弯曲成型的高铁桥下防护栅栏立柱预制振捣装置,从施工质量、效率、优缺点、经济效益等方面对立柱预制振捣装置进行了阐述,有效地缩短了施工时间,降低了劳动强度,提高了施工效率对同类工程具有一定的参考价值。

This article takes the Kaifeng Beam Yard Factory of Zhengzhou-Xuzhou Passenger Dedicated Line,3rd Engineering Co.,Ltd.of China Railway 17th Bureau Group Corporation as an example,introduces a kind of prefabricated vibrating device for the post tensioned prefabricated concrete railway box girder bottom plate with"U"shaped steel bar rapid bending forming,and explains the column prefabricated and vibrating device from the aspects of construction quality,efficiency,advantages and disadvantages,and economic benefits,which effectively shortens the construction time,reduces the labor intensity and improves the construction efficiency and has certain reference value for similar projects.
