Equipment qualification examination is an assessment and evaluation of the capability of equipment manufacturing units and an important guarantee to ensure the quality of equipment.In order to explore the change from paying attention to the"threshold"qualification of the undertaking unit to paying attention to the improvement of capacity building as the main line,the relative knowledge of capability in reliability system engineering is analyzed and introduced,and the capability maturity model system of reliability system engineering is studied and depicted.Finally,the idea of enriching the content of capability evaluation in reliability system engineering into equipment qualification examination is analyzed.It provides a useful reference for the innovation and development of equipment qualification examination.
