医联体模式下社区居民对双向转诊的认知及满意度调查

Survey on the Cognition and Satisfaction of Community Residents on Two-way Referral under the Medical Association Model

目的:了解河北省某医联体下辖社区居民对双向转诊的认知程度,为该省医联体的发展提供参考依据。方法:以河北省唐山市某医联体下辖社区居民为调查对象,自行设计调查问卷进行现场调查。结果:社区居民对于双向转诊制度的了解度不够,满意度偏低。结论:通过加大政府对医联体内外双向转诊的宣传力度,建立更加规范化的转诊制度,完善数字化信息平台建设,完善社区医保政策等措施推进医联体内分级诊疗实施。

Objective:To understand the cognition degree of community residents under the jurisdiction of a medical consortium in Hebei Province on two-way referral,and to provide reference for the development of the Medical Association in Hebei Province.Methods:A questionnaire was designed to investigate the residents in a community under the jurisdiction of a medical association in Tangshan City,Hebei Province.Results:The community residents’understanding of the two-way referral system was not enough and their satisfaction was low.Conclusion:To promote the implementation of hierarchical diagnosis and treatment in medical consortium,the government should strengthen the publicity of internal and external two-way referral,establish a more standardized referral system,improve the construction of digital information platform,and improve the community medical insurance policy。
