摘要
为解决高校食堂就餐高峰期排队拥挤、就餐等待时间过长等难题,本文从现场管理的角度出发,以湖南科技大学B食堂作为研究对象,通过实地考察和问卷调查,利用排队论建立食堂高峰期的排队模型,运用设施布局,流程优化等工业工程理论知识,提出对高校食堂布局的改善方案。并借助flexsim仿真软件对改善前后做分析对比,通过仿真结果,验证了改善的有效性,从而优化了食堂排队系统,缓解了食堂高峰期排队拥挤的现状。
In order to solve the canteen queue crowded,repast waiting for a long time,this article from the perspective of the scene management,B canteen in Hunan University of Science and Technology as the research object,through field investigation and questionnaire survey,the canteen peak of queuing model was established based on queuing theory,using the facility layout,process optimization and other industrial engineering theory knowledge,on the improvement of the college dining room layout scheme is put forward.The flexsim simulation software was used to analyze and compare the improvement before and after the improvement,and the effectiveness of the improvement was verified through the simulation results,so as to optimize the canteen queuing system and alleviate the current situation of queuing congestion in the canteen during peak hours.
