摘要
构造一类具有阶段结构的动力学模型,讨论了该模型无病平衡点和地方病平衡点的存在性,分析了2类平衡点的局部和全局的稳定性态.利用Matlab软件进行数值模拟,验证了理论研究的结论.建议对晚期患者采取隔离以减小阈值,控制疾病的流行和发展.
A dynamic model with stage structure is constructed,the existence of disease-free equilibrium point and endemic equilibrium point of the model is discussed,the local and global stability state of the two kinds of equilibrium points is analyzed.The conclusion of theoretical study is verified by numerical simulation with Matlab software.It is suggested that the isolation measures should be adopted to reduce the threshold value for patients with advanced stage and control the epidemic and development of the disease.
