电子设备制造业多元化战略对企业绩效的影响——基于公司治理质量中介效应的实证分析

The influence of diversification strategy of electronic equipment manufacturing industry on enterprise performance——An empirical analysis based on the intermediary effect of corporate governance quality

根据中国电子设备制造业企业的特点,以193家电子设备制造业上市公司为样本,遵照中介效应的检验程序对电子设备制造业中的多元化战略、公司治理质量、企业绩效三者关系进行实证分析与研究.研究结果表明,在电子设备制造业中多元化战略与企业绩效呈显著负相关;多元化战略与公司治理质量呈显著负相关;公司的治理质量与企业绩效呈显著正相关;公司治理质量在多元化战略与企业绩效之间起着部分中介作用.由此构建了公司治理质量、多元化战略与企业绩效之间的关系.

According to the characteristics of Chinese electronic equipment manufacturing enterprises,takes 193 listed companies of electronic equipment manufacturing industry as samples,and makes empirical analysis and research on the relationship among diversification strategy,corporate governance quality and corporate performance in electronic equipment manufacturing industry according to the test procedure of intermediary effect.The results show that in the electronic equipment manufacturing industry,diversification strategy has a significant negative correlation with enterprise performance,diversification strategy has a significant negative correlation with corporate governance quality,corporate governance quality has a significant positive correlation with enterprise performance,corporate governance quality plays a part of intermediary role between diversification strategy and enterprise performance.Thus,the relationship among corporate governance quality,diversification strategy and enterprise performance is constructed.
