The Commentary of the Taisi Muslims Resist Japan and Rescue Congress during the Anti-Japanese War

抗战爆发后,泰西地区回族民众毅然投身抗战洪流。1942年3月,经中共冀鲁豫边区党委政府、泰西地委专署以及泰西军分区的批准,成立了以金晓村为主任、金光等人为副主任的泰西回民抗日救国会。此后,泰西回民抗日救国会在泰西动员回族民众,建立抗日政权,数次组建回民抗日武装,组建泰西回民抗日学校和军需工厂,先后动员一千多名回族青年参军参战,为抗战胜利做出了很大的贡献。

When the anti-Japanese war outbreaks,the Hui Ethnic People who lived in western Tai’an devoted to the war dauntlessly. The western Tai’an national salvation was established after they got the approval from the party committees and government of Jiluyu border area、western Tai’an prefectural party committee and western Tai’an military region. Jin Xiaocun was nominated as the director of the association while Jin Guang et al. were appointed as deputy directors. After that,the association mobilized the Hui Ethnic People in western Tai’an and established the anti-Japanese government. They also assembled military force to fight against Japanese invaders,set up schools,built ordnance factories. They mobilized more than one thousand young people of Hui nationality joined the army to participation in the war and made great contributions to the victory of the war.
