积极老龄化视角下的山东省“文化养老”路径选择

Research on the Path of Cultural Endowment in Shandong Province from the Perspective of Active Aging

"文化养老"作为一项体现传统"孝"文化与当代人文关怀相结合的现代养老方式,从2013年开始在山东省大力推广。目前各地市、城镇、街道主要通过老年大学、社区、社会养老机构和老年文化组织等多渠道开展"文化养老"工作,在创新养老理念、完善养老体系、缓解人口老龄化压力等方面取得了积极成效。未来,"文化养老"应该从增加养老产品供给、满足多层次养老需求、打造多元化文化平台、提高养老服务质量等多方面走城乡统筹、内涵丰富、保障效能的可持续发展之路。

As a modern way of providing for the aged that embodies the combination of traditional"filial piety"culture and contemporary humanistic care,the"cultural endowment"has been vigorously promoted in Shandong since 2013.At present,cities,towns and streets around the country mainly carry out the work of"cultural endowment"through multiple channels such as universities for the aged,communities,social institutions of providing for the aged and cultural organizations for the aged,and have made positive achievements in innovating the concept of endowment,improving the endowment system and alleviating the pressure of population aging.In the future,"cultural endowment"should take the road of sustainable development of urban and rural overall planning,rich connotation and security efficiency from many aspects,such as increasing the supply of endowment products,meeting the needs of multi-level endowment,building a diversified cultural platform,and improving the quality of providing for the aged service.
