The shift from "Chengdu-Chongqing Economic Zone"to"Chengdu-Chongqing City Cluster",and then"Chengdu-Chongqing Economic Circle"shows the great importance the state has attached to this region.As pari of national strategy,the concept"economic circle" is more precise and targeted,with more clearly defined priorities and higher level.The essence of"Chengdu-Cliongqing Economic Circle"is to build"two centers and two lands".
