在国内疫情趋于稳定之际,国外疫情蔓延却呈现上升势头。停工、断航、关闭口岸等为防止疫情蔓延的隔绝措施使很多国家经济处于停滞状态,使本就处于下行周期的经济叠加巨大压力,全球经济进入衰退是大概率事件。
The COVID-19 epidemic is being gotten under control at home,but spreading rapidly abroad.To prevent the spread,many countries have ordered to shut down businesses,airports and ports.These restrictive measures have left their economics at a standstill,putting more strain on the world economy that is already under great downward pressure.Therefore,the global economic recession is a high probability event.
