摘要
国际化人才是"一带一路"倡议顺利推进的重要人才保障。本文结合中铁二院工程集团有限责任公司国际化人才培训培养实践,从搭建培训培养体系、创新培训模式和加强培训保障三方面对如何有效地开展国际化人才培训培养进行了积极探索。
Since the Belt and Road Initiative was proposed,China Railway Eryuan Engineering Group(hereinafter referred to as"the com pany")has followed an international operation strategy to expand overseas market,becoming the most fully engaged survey and design enterprise in China Railway’s "going global"projects.Currently,the company has contracted more than 140 projects in over 50 countries and regions,with business covering railways,highways,urban rails,municipal engineering,special and civil buildings,airports,port shipping,water conservancy,electricity,and many other fields.
