The Anti-seepage Transformation Process Using Oil Tank Lining Method in Gas Station and Safety Risk Prevention

为了持续推进国家《水污染防治行动计划》,针对加油站地下储油罐内衬法防渗改造,在深入调研和考察的基础上介绍了所采用的多普技术和凤凰系统技术和所采用的复合材料,特别对施工改造过程中的安全风险及其防控措施进行了具体说明:一是正确佩带个人防护用品;二是加强现场监控;三是对施工人员严格把关;四是严格对施工方案进行审查;五是规范办理作业许可相关手续.

The processes and composite materials of lining methods,i.e.,Duopu technology and Phoenix system technology,used in the anti-seepage transformation of underground oil tank of gas station are briefly introduced.And the safety control measures in the process of transformation construction are put forward,such as wearing personal protective equipment correctly,strengthening on-site supervision and control,checking the construction personnel strictly,reviewing the construction scheme strictly,and standardizing the procedures related to work permit.
