摘要
针对现有文献关注企业与多伙伴合作关系强度的局限,研究探讨了企业与多伙伴关系断层对渐进性创新绩效和突破性创新绩效的影响作用。基于中国医药制造行业2007~2017年32家上市公司的164个研发联盟样本,实证结果表明多伙伴关系断层阻碍了企业渐进性创新绩效,促进了企业突破性创新绩效;企业技术多样性正向调节关系断层和渐进性创新绩效之间的关系,负向调节关系断层和突破性创新绩效之间的关系。
Based on research limitation that most of the existing literature focuses on the tie strength dimension between firms and partners, the paper discusses the impact of the divisive faultlines of ties between firms and multipartners on incremental innovation performance and breakthrough innovation performance. Through the empirical analysis of 32 public firms and 164 R&D alliance observations of pharmaceutical industry from 2007 to 2017, results show that the divisive faultlines of mutipartner ties inhibit incremental innovation performance, yet enhance breakthrough innovation performance. Firm’s technological diversity positively moderates the relationship between divisive faultlines and incremental innovation performance, yet negatively moderates the relationship between divisive faultlines and breakthrough innovation performance.
