返乡创客社会网络异质性、知识隐默性与利用式创新研究--基于创业拼凑的中介作用

Research on Social Network Heterogeneity, Knowledge Implicitness and Utilization Innovation of Homecoming Maker --Based on the Mediating Role of Entrepreneurial Patchwork

基于295份问卷调查数据,探讨返乡创客社会网络异质性、知识隐默性对利用式创新的作用机理。结果表明:社会网络异质性、知识隐默性对利用式创新均有正向且显著的影响,创业拼凑在两者中起中介作用,网络人际交互在社会网络异质性、知识隐默性对利用式创新的作用中均起着被调节的中介作用,社会支持在创业拼凑与利用式创新之间起调节作用。研究获得的启示是:积极发挥人脉关系和隐默知识优势,加强网上虚拟社会与网下熟人社会的人际交互,联通务工地与创业地社会关系网络,汇聚城乡创业要素进行耦合性拼凑,依靠各方支持推进利用式创新。

Based on 295 copies of questionnaires’ data, this paper explores the functionary mechanism of the heterogeneity of social network and tacit knowledge on utilization innovation. Results show that the social network heterogeneity and knowledge implicitness all have positive and significant influence on the utilization innovation. The entrepreneurial patchwork plays a mediating role in the two. Network interpersonal interaction plays a moderating role in the functionary of social network heterogeneity and tacit knowledge on utilization innovation. The social support plays a moderating role between entrepreneurial patchwork and the utilization innovation. In the end, it puts forward some suggestions that we should take advantage of good personal relationship and tacit knowledge, strengthen the interpersonal communication between the online virtual society and the offline acquaintance society, connect the social network between workplace and entrepreneurial place, combine urban and rural entrepreneurial elements for coupling, and rely on the support of all parties to promote the use of innovation.
