摘要
基于信息处理理论,分析了CEO命令型和授权型领导风格下高管团队(Top Management Team,简称TMT)任务冲突、情感冲突对战略变化速度的影响。结果表明:命令型领导削弱了TMT任务冲突与战略变化速度的倒U型关系,却增强了TMT情感冲突对战略变化速度的负面作用;授权型领导则缓解了TMT情感冲突对战略变化速度的不利影响。
Based on information processing theory,this paper analyzes the impacts of top management team task conflict and emotional conflict on the speed of strategic change under CEO directive and empowering leadership styles.Results show that CEO directive leadership weakens the inverted U-shaped relationship between TMT task conflict and the speed of strategic change,while enhances the negative effect of TMT emotional conflict on the speed of strategic change.However,CEO empowering leadership alleviates the disadvantage of TMT emotional conflict on the speed of strategic change.
