Impact of Policy Support and Self-pity on College Students’ Re-entrepreneurship Ability

明确创业政策对大学生再创业能力的影响机理是学术界和产业界共同关注的问题。基于云南省多家众创空间与EMBA、MBA联盟、创新创业大赛参赛企业的样本团队,运用实证研究方法分析创业支持政策对大学生再创业能力的影响机理,重点分析自我怜悯以及社会网络中心性、异质性在其中分别承担的中介作用与调节作用。实证结果表明:自我怜悯在创业政策对创业能力的正向促进过程中起到中介作用,大学生社会网络的中心性在其中起到了调节作用,而且大学生社会网络异质性也具有相对显著的调节影响。据此,在制定完善创业政策时,要针对本区域的经济、行业、人文要素来制定新产品、新服务的支持政策,重视对商业模式、合作交流平台与专业能力培训的宣传和投入,提升创业政策对大学生群体创业网络异质性的积极影响,以降低有再创业意向大学生群体的风险感知并提升其环境主观评价意愿。

It is a common concern of academic and industrial circles to clarify the mechanism of the impact of entrepreneurial policies on the ability of college students to initiate re-entrepreneurship. Based on the sample teams of several creative space in Yunnan Province,EMBA,MBA alliance,and innovation and entrepreneurship competitions,the empirical research method is used to analyze the impact mechanism of entrepreneurial support policies on college students’ re-entrepreneurship ability,and analyzes the mediating and regulating effects of social network centrality and heterogeneity in them. The empirical results show that self-pity plays a mediating role in making entrepreneurial policy to promote entrepreneurship. On the other hand,the social network heterogeneity and the centrality of college students ’ social network play a regulatory role. Accordingly,when the universities are formulating and perfecting entrepreneurship policies for the graduating students,they should formulate support policies for new products and services according to the economic,industrial and cultural factors in the region,attach importance to the publicity and investment in business models,cooperation and exchange platforms and professional ability training,and enhance the positive impact of entrepreneurship policies on the heterogeneity of entrepreneurship networks of college students,so as to reduce the risk perception of college students with the intention of re-starting businesses and enhance their willingness to subjectively evaluate the environment.
