摘要
缺氧诱导因子1(HIF-1)是由α亚基和β亚基构成的异二聚体缺氧反应转录因子,可调节100多种基因的表达,参与机体的免疫反应、细胞代谢、诱导新生血管形成等过程,并通过多种途径引起支气管哮喘气道炎症反应.本文将以此为切入点,对HIF-1在支气管哮喘气道炎症反应机制中的研究作一综述.
Hypoxia-inducible factor 1(HIF-1)is a heterodimer composed of an α subunit and aβ subunit.It acts as a transcription factor that,in response to hypoxia,regulates expression of over 100 genes,including those involved in immune response,cell metabolism,neovascularization,etc.HIF-1 has also been reported to regulate the airway inflammation involved in asthma through several pathways,which represents the subject of this review.
