摘要
为探究黄腐酸钾作为水稻拌种剂的应用效果,通过试验研究了黄腐酸钾拌种后的水稻秧苗生长指标及生理指标。结果表明:当黄腐酸钾用量为拌种量的1%时,可有效提高水稻种子发芽率;黄腐酸钾配合常规拌种剂使用,可显著提高水稻秧苗根长、茎基宽、鲜重、干重等指标,降低秧苗可溶性糖含量,提高秧苗可溶性蛋白含量,从而提高秧苗生理活性和素质,进而提高秧苗抗逆性。
The effect of potassium fulvate used as rice seed dressing agent was studied by experiments focusing on the growth indexes and physiological indicators.The results showed that when the amount of potassium fulvate was 1%of the seed dressing amount,the germination rate of rice seeds could be effectively improved.Potassium fulvate was used with routine seed dressing agent could significantly increase the root length,stem base width,fresh weight and dry weight of rice seedlings.Reducing the soluble sugar and improving the soluble protein content could improve the physiological activity and quality,subsquently improve the resistance of seedlings.
