马云乡村师范生计划对新任教师专业发展影响的个案研究

The Case Study of the Effect of Jack Ma Rural Prospective Teacher Program on Novice Teachers’ Professional Development

摘要 本研究采用个案研究方法,对参与马云乡村师范生计划的新任教师进行访谈,研究结果表明:马云乡村师范生计划影响了乡村新任教师专业理念,坚定了新任教师教育信念、塑造了新任教师的教育观念、提升了新任教师的教育使命;同时丰富了新任教师的专业实践知识,影响了新任教师自主学习能力及领导力等方面素养的发展。后文结合前期的研究,讨论了马云乡村师范生计划对新任教师产生影响的主要原因。 This study adopted qualitative case study approach and conducted interview with novice teachers participated in Jack Ma’s prospective teacher program. The results showed that Jack Ma’s program affected the educational conception of novice teachers in rural areas, strengthened the novice teachers’ educational beliefs, enhanced educational mission, and promoted professional identity. Meanwhile, the program enriched the professional practice knowledge of novice teachers and promoted the development of novice teachers’ self-regulated learning ability and leadership. Based on prior research, this paper makes a discussion on the main reasons for the effect of Jack Ma’s rural prospective teacher program on novice teachers.
