纳林河二号矿井综采工作面生产综合治理实践 被引量:2

摘要 纳林河二号矿井属于深立井,采煤工艺为综合机械化采煤工艺。在生产过程中因地质构造、井深压大、水源丰富等因素出现了回采进度慢、矿压大、原煤水分及灰分等煤质指标超标等种种难题,给矿井生产带来了较大的困扰。在生产过程中通过总结经验,采取了机尾三角区人工掏槽起底、回采时采煤机割透回顺底板的方法解决了工作面机尾三角区治理问题;采取了三区分离(分区开拓、分区布置、分区开采)采掘措施解决回采过程中冲击地压大的问题;采取了先抽水后开机的措施解决了原煤水分高的问题;采取了"五到位"的顶板管理措施,避免灰分超标问题。通过一系列措施的实施,保证了矿井综采工作面的安全生产并保障了矿井生产任务的顺利完成。 Nalinhe No.2 coal mine is a deep shaft coal and the coal winning technology is totally mechanized coal mining.Because of water-rich and strong rock burst,there are many difficulties.Such as rock burst,low speed of progress,high moisture content and high ash content.These difficulties lead to the mine couldn′t promote normally.Based on a lot of experience which summarized in productive process it takes different measure to deal the different problem.By adopt artificial cutting bottom and shearer cut through the crossheading bottom in productive process to deal working face triangle area in the scraper conveyor tail.By tripartite separation method(tunnel drivage,working face layout and stoping in different zone)in the mining process to avoid strong rock burst problem.By pump water before starting up the shearer to control moisture content.By"five in place"management model to control roof in order to control ash content.Thanks to these measures the fully-mechanized mining face could product safety and the production task could complete successfully.
