摘要
为了提升采煤工作面机械化程度,减少两巷超前人员占用,因而开展实体煤回采巷道超前主动支护技术研究。分析了超前支承压力分布规律,提出了超前主动支护强度验算方法,以城郊煤矿21106工作面为工程背景进行现场试验,试验结果表明,顶板支护强度满足回采要求,顶板下沉得到有效控制,超前主动支护技术的成功应用,为类似地质条件的采煤工作面提供了参考依据。
In order to improve the mechanization degree of coal mining face and reduce personnel occupation of mining roadways,the advanced active support technology for solid coal mining roadways was studied. Based on the analysis of the distribution law of advance abutment pressure,a method for checking the strength of advance active support was put forward. Field test was carried out on 21106 working face of suburban coal mine as engineering background. The test results show that the roof support strength meet the mining requirements,the roof subsidence was effectively controlled,and the successful application of advanced active support technology provided a reference for coal mining face with similar geological conditions.
