摘要 为保证抽采管路系统安全运行,避免管路系统发生燃爆事故,避开瓦斯爆炸范围界限5%~16%,郭庄煤业创新提出了高低浓度分源抽采技术,保证高浓度抽采管路浓度在20%以上,低浓度抽采管路浓度在5%以下,合理地避开了瓦斯爆炸范围区间,实现了瓦斯抽采系统源头安全,确保了煤矿的安全生产。 In order to ensure the safe operation of the pumping pipeline system,avoid the explosion and explosion accidents of the pipeline system,and avoid the boundary of the gas explosion range 5% to 16%,Guozhuang coal industry has proposed high and low concentration source extraction technology. Ensure that the concentration of high-concentration pumping pipeline is above 20%,and the concentration of low-concentration pumping pipeline is below 5%,reasonably avoiding the range of gas explosion range,realizing the source safety of gas drainage system and ensuring the safe production of coal mine.
