摘要 介绍了梭车转向机构的组成,并对影响车辆转向性能的转向梯形机构进行详细的说明,同时以阿克曼定理为理论基础,分析了梭车转向时各车轮的摆角关系,采用动力学软件对转向机构各个点进行设计,大大提高了设计精度和效率,对仿真过程中的目标函数,变量和约束条件进行了深入的介绍,并给出了设计结果图,最终得到理想的效果。 The composition of shuttle car steering mechanism is introduced. and explains in detail the steering trapezoidal mechanism that affects the steering performance of the vehicle. At the same time,based on Ackerman′s theorem, the swing angle relationship of each wheel during the steering of shuttle car is analyzed. The steering mechanism points are designed by simulation software, which greatly improves the design accuracy and efficiency. The objective function in the simulation process is changed. The quantity and constraints are introduced in depth, and the design results are given.Finally, the ideal results are obtained.
