川续断皂苷Ⅵ对气虚血瘀模型大鼠的相关研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的:通过建立气虚血瘀大鼠模型研究川续断皂苷Ⅵ是否具有活血化瘀和抗血栓作用。方法:通过建立气虚血瘀模型来观察气虚血瘀大鼠存活率、体质量及变化、行为学评价、大鼠脑组织肿瘤坏死因子含量、超氧化物歧化酶活性、丙二醛含量等指标,来考察川续断皂苷Ⅵ抗血栓作用。结果:(1)川续断皂苷Ⅵ低剂量组能显著提高气虚血瘀大鼠的存活率及协调能力,并显著性降低大鼠脑组织中肿瘤坏死因子(TNF–α)浓度;(2)川续断皂苷Ⅵ高剂量组能显著提高气虚血瘀大鼠的体质量;(3)川续断皂苷Ⅵ各剂量组均能显著降低大鼠丙二醛(MDA)含量并提升大鼠脑组织中超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性。结论:川续断皂苷Ⅵ具有一定活血化瘀及抗血栓作用。 Objective To study the effect of asperosaponin Ⅵ on blood stasis and antithrombotic effects by establish a model of qi deficiency and blood stasis in rats. Methods To investigate the antithrombotic effect of asperosaponin Ⅵ. The study establish the qi–deficiency–blood–stasis model to recorded the survival rate, body weight changes, behavioral evaluation, tumor necrosis factor content, superoxide dismutase activity and malondialdehyde content in rats with qi deficiency and blood stasis. Results The low–dose group of asperosaponin Ⅵ could significantly improve the survival rate of rats with qi deficiency and blood stasis.The high dose group of asperosaponin Ⅵ could significantly increase the body weight of rats with qi deficiency and blood stasis. The coordination ability of rats significantly improved and significantly reduced the concentration of TNF–α in rat brain tissue in the low dose group of asperosaponin Ⅵ. The doses of asperosaponin Ⅵ in the rats could significantly reduce the content of MDA in rats and increase the activity of SOD in rat brain tissue. Conclusion Asperosaponin Ⅵ has certain blood circulation and antithrombotic effects.
