口腔癌患者吞咽障碍筛查工具的研究进展

Research progress on screening tools for dysphagia in patients with oral cancer

口腔癌患者会出现不同程度的吞咽障碍,有些是癌症本身直接导致的,有些则是由治疗过程所引起。吞咽障碍易引起一系列并发症,严重影响着患者的康复进程及生活质量,因此,及时准确地发现患者是否存在吞咽障碍至关重要。目前国内关于口腔癌患者吞咽障碍的研究尚在起步阶段,吞咽障碍筛查尚缺乏统一标准。本文拟概述口腔癌患者吞咽障碍筛查工具的不同特点及应用现状,分析其优缺点,旨在为临床工作者选择合适的筛查工具提供参考。

Patients with oral cancer may experience some degree of dysphagia, either as a direct result of the cancer itself or as a result of treatment. Dysphagia is easy to cause a series of complications, which seriously affect the rehabilitation process and quality of life of patients. Therefore, it is very important to find out whether patients have dysphagia timely and accurately. Currently, research on dysphagia in patients with oral cancer is still in the initial stage in China, and there is no uniform standard for screening of dysphagia. This paper summarizes the different characteristics and application status of screening tools for dysphagia in patients with oral cancer, and analyzes their advantages and disadvantages, in order to provide references for clinical workers to choose appropriate screening tools.
