摘要
目的:通过对市售茜草与福建地方药入骨丹(东南茜草)进行定性定量比较研究,为茜草质量评价及入骨丹的资源利用提供依据。方法:(1)通过性状评价对比茜草及东南茜草药材性状上的差异;(2)通过薄层色谱法对茜草及入骨丹进行定性比较;(3)运用HPLC对二者的大叶茜草素和羟基茜草素进行定量分析,色谱柱为Platisil-C18(250mm×4.6mm,5μm),流动相为甲醇-乙腈-0.1%磷酸水(40∶50∶10),流速为1mL/min,检测波长为250nm。结果:(1)性状比较及薄层色谱法难以明确区分茜草与东南茜草;(2)不同产地的茜草指标性成分大叶茜草素、羟基茜草素含量差别较大,入骨丹的性状及含量均符合药典标准。结论:茜草质量参差不齐,需进一步完善其质量评价体系;入骨丹是否可作为茜草药用值得进一步研究。
Objective:Through qualitative and quantitative comparative study of Rubia radix et rhizoma and Fujian local herbs Ru Gudan;provide scientific basis for its quality evaluation of Rubia radix et rhizoma and resource utilization of Ru gudan.Methods:(1)Contrasting character difference of their crude drugs by evaluating characters;(2)Qualitative comparison of them by TLC;(3)HPLC were used to analysis the content of rubimaillin and purpurin of them.The chromatographic column Platisil-C18(250mm×4.6mm,5μm)was used,the mobile phase was methanol-acetonitrile-0.1%phosphoric acid water(40∶50∶10),the flow rate was 1mL/min and the detection wavelength was 250nm.Results:(1)It is difficult to distinguish them in character and TLC results;(2)The index components contents of them from different places were different,and the characters and index contents of Ru gudan are in line with the 2015edition of Chinese Pharmacopoeia standard.Conclusion:The quality evaluation system should be improved because of the uneven quality of Rubia.As a local medicinal herb,R.cordifolia is similar to Rubia Radix,which the differences of their efficacy、characters and index components are not obvious.Whether it can be used as a medicinal herb of R.cordifolia worth further study.
