摘要
测功机是一种用于测量发动机等设备功率的一种装置,测功装置包括转矩和转速校准系统。针对功率校准问题建立转矩发生系统并进行了总体方案的设计、数学模型的建立和误差分析,重点分析了杠杆力臂测量误差、杠杆水平位置控制误差、机体导线产生摆动惯性力矩误差、机体转轴动不平衡产生离心转矩误差,并对每一项提出了对应的解决方案。结果表明,该标准转矩发生系统可以实现在旋转状态下施加标准转矩的功能。
The dynamometer,which includes the torque and speed calibration system,is a device for measuring the power of engines and other equipment.In this paper,a torque generation system is established for power calibration,and the overall scheme design,mathematical model establishment and the error analysis are performed.The focus is on analyzing the measurement deviation of lever arm,the horizontal position control error,the inertial moment error of the body wire,and the centrifugal torque error caused by unbalanced rotating shaft of the body;meanwhile,the corresponding solution is proposed for each item.Through the numerical analysis and experimental verification of each influencing factor,it is concluded that the measurement uncertainty of the device′s recurrence value is less than 0.016%,which shows the ability of standard torque generating system to realize the function of torque application in the rotating state.
