摘要
在重型卡车的横向稳定性研究中,车辆重心高,更容易发生侧翻事故。将对重型卡车的侧翻失稳进行建模及仿真分析,针对试验车辆的参数,分别构建牵引车和牵引车-挂车模型,包括轮胎模型、悬架模型的构建,结合重型车的侧翻评价指标,进行牵引车和整车的仿真工况设定、侧翻状态仿真与分析,说明轮胎垂直载荷是评价侧翻状态最直观的状态变量;通过侧倾角和侧向加速度的振荡变化,可反映牵引车的临界侧翻状态。从而可以为重型卡车的防侧翻装置设计提供理论依据。
Heavy trucks,which are characterized by high center of gravity and narrow wheelbase relative to body height,are prone to rollover accidents during the high-speed driving;therefore,the modeling and simulation analysis of rollover instability for heavy duty vehicle is introduced in this paper.According to the parameters of the test vehicle,the tractor and tractor-trailer models are constructed respectively,including the tire model and suspension model.Combining with the rollover evaluation index of heavy vehicle,the simulation conditions of the tractor and the whole vehicle are set up and the rollover status is simulated and analyzed;it shows that the vertical load of tire is the most intuitive state variable to evaluate the rollover status.The oscillation of the rollover angle and the lateral acceleration could be used to evaluate the critical rollover state of the tractor.Thus,the theoretical basis for design of anti-rollover device of heavy truck is provided.
